Our Baklabox is crafted with premium ingredients and using traditional Lebanese techniques. Each box contains freshly homemade baklawa with authentic flavours, perfect for sharing or enjoying as a special treat. Our classic baklawa is highly sought after and very different from what is readily available in the UK. Look forward to a delicate crunch with minimal syrup.

The additional baklawa flavours have been developed to expand the offer using the classic baklawa as the base.

Additional ingredients (as above plus the below)

HALAWA BAKLAWA – As above plus Tahini (sesame seeds), sugar, pistachio, halawa root extract, vanilla, citric acid (extras < 15%)

WHITE CHOCOLATE & PISTACHIO BAKLAWA - As above plus pistachios, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya, lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring (extras < 15%)

DARK CHOCOLATE BAKLAWA - As above plus cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya, lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, may contain milk  (extras < 5%)

RAHA BAKLAWA - - As above plus sugar, water, maize starch, icing sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid, natural rose flavouring, colouring E127 (extras < 5%).

 AFTERNOON TEA BAKLAWA – As above plus Black tea, Lemon peel, Orange Peel, Blue cornflower, Red cornflower, Sunflower petals, natural Bergamot flavouring (extras < 1%)

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail 24 hour service - we ship within 24 hours of receiving the order unless you specify a different date in the Note section of your order.

We use eco-friendly, recyclable packaging, where possible, to protect your baklawa while minimising environmental impact.

Our boxes have been exclusively designed, to protect your baklawa during the shipping process whilst maintaining the freshness of the product. Each individual baklawa comes in its own casing for added protection and makes it easy to remove from the box - ENJOY

Store your baklawa in a cool, dry place. For best taste, consume within 2 weeks of receipt. Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture.

The classic baklawa contain nuts [pistachios], gluten (wheat flour] and dairy (butter).

Additional allergens:

Halawa baklawa also contains Tahini (sesame seeds)

Milk Chocolate & Pistachio baklawa also contains pistachios, milkpowder and soya

Dark Chocolate baklawa also contains soya

All our baklawa are made in our home and therefore may contain traces of other nuts although of course we take every precaution to ensure this is not the case.

All Baklawa are homemade in our home from local or authentic Lebanese ingredients. Our kitchen and storage facilities have been verified by the local council Health and Safety officer and we have been 5* rated with a 0 risk score since our first inspection.
