5 Star Food & Hygiene Rating

We were delighted to receive our 5 star rating for Food and Hygiene Standards from the County Food Safety Officer today

We had no advisories and Alissar was asked if she wanted a job advising others on how to maintain a healthy kitchen and be aware of and communicate allergens etc - to ensure healthy and happy customers.

We will of course look to maintain our high standards and if anyone has any questions about how we prepare our food or and allergen concerns please let us know.
