In Lebanon we love our meat and love mixing different meats for a mixed grill. My favourite is a combination of Lamb kafta [x 2], Lahem mishwe [x 5 - marinated lamb cubes] and Shish tawouk [x5 - chicken chunks cooked on a skewer and marinated in a herb and garlic sauce], served with onions and tomatoes and our Lebanese garlic dip called Toum.
We often eat this with Lebanese bread and my fatoush salad.
