This traditional Lebanese dish is the perfect after-dinner delight, made with fried vermicelli, filled with Qashta [ a mix of cream and milk], rose water and topped with strawberries, chopped pistachios and rose petals. We only serve Osmalieh as a family portion as a shared desert for approx 10 people.
