Sfouf is a traditional Lebanese dessert which I serve in a cupcake shape

The cake itself is made from flour, semolina, turmeric and a selection of spices and herbs and was a favourite of mine when I was growing up.

We serve Sfouf either as a single portion with 3 pieces or a family sharing portion with 12.
