Antoinette's Kibbeh - 3 pieces

£8.50

This is my dear Auntie Toni’s Kibbeh recipe which she taught me and I have named after her!. A mixture of bulgur wheat, top quality locally sourced rib eye beef mixed with lamb, onions, pine nuts and various spices create the perfect kibbeh starter to begin your Lebanese dinner.

The word kibbeh comes from the Egyptian Arabic kubba, meaning “ball” or “lump.” Kibbeh likely originated as a peasant dish, created as a way to make a small amount of meat last longer. Kibbeh is a staple food in Lebanon, where it is considered the national dish.

Now served with a garlic and cucumber side dip. The second image shows a recent serving of 2 portions
