Antoinette's Kibbeh - 3 pieces

£8.50

This is my dear Auntie Toni’s Kibbeh recipe which she taught me and I have named after her!. A mixture of bulgur wheat, top quality locally sourced beef , onions, pine nuts and various spices and herbs create the perfect kibbeh starter to begin your Lebanese dinner.

The word kibbeh comes from the Egyptian Arabic kubba, meaning “ball” or “lump.” Kibbeh likely originated as a peasant dish, created as a way to make a small amount of meat last longer. Kibbeh is a staple food in Lebanon, where it is considered the national dish.

Served with a yogurt , mint, and cucumber side dip. The second image shows a recent serving of 2 portions
